SACRED BREATH HEALING WORKSHOP

Strength is like a huge, majestic, strong tree.  In its lifetime, the tree encountered storms and high winds, floods and droughts.  However, it is strong enough to weather the storms, flexible enough to bend but not break, and resilient enough to always come back to its center and keep on growing.  Sound familiar?   After many years, the tree reaches its full height and potential, and then it bears its own fruits and seeds.  As many others have done, I like to compare the tree to one of the major systems in the physical body: our spinal cord and nerves that serve as the body's communication system.  So whatever your challenges, you can strengthen your spine and steady your nerves to reach full potential as a human being.  Our Sacred Breath Healing workshop will have its focus on your tree of life and the bringing forth of plentiful and nourishing fruits.

The Holy Spirit is urging me to present a twelve part series using the Sacred Breath Workshop format.  The healing workshops are offered on the 3rd Friday evening of a month.

We are on earth to resurrect our light body in matter.  There is a pattern, a way of doing this successfully.  This particular approach has not been offered before in my classes.  It is an entirely different way of looking at 'Cause' and changing your life here in matter.  It will throw a new light on disorder/disruptions in the physical/mental/emotion layers and an usual way at understanding what you have created to cause imbalances in your body.

The first session in the newly created Power Workshop begins September 17th at 7pm at the Sohmar Massage School in Downers Grove.

As you may already know, the Holy Spirit has been my best friend since the beginning of  the year 1971.   It is my love, comforter, protector, teacher, healer and friend.   

The Holy Spirit connection is the true heart connection, unconditional love.  It is all about linking consciously to your own pure awareness, remembering and being an awakened consciousness.  The Holy Spirit is not away somewhere; it is within and without.   Come...and allow yourself to look at your own beauty.  Doing so will help you see the beauty in another.
