THROW OUT THE CROSS!

Some years back, I had a vision of a cross being thrust high in the air dropping down into the ocean and disappearing.  I interpreted the words and action to mean that suffering was not a prerequisite to actually be fully awakened, peaceful and enjoying life as love incarnate.

The vision definitely expanded my energy with a more concrete confidence, peace and understanding; I accepted with a certainty that the Sound, Light and Presence of God is our indwelling Power.  Humanity has a strong need to consciously connect with the Inner Spirit, heal and receive the joy and truth, beauty and love that we already are.

I offer the ancient wisdom teachings, healing of body, mind and soul, spiritual guidance and public speaking opportunities to people who are ready to take responsibility, learn and apply mastery of self and matter.  Firsthand experience is an intuitive knowing process that provides the guiding authority discovered within the five books I have written, the countless classes and workshops.  It is a healing power that all of us already own.  Realizing and using the divine energy without hindrances, helps us break all bonds and misconceptions, regardless of our history.

We are not designed to be limited to a life of survival.  We are here on earth to grow and evolve through remembering and being our true spiritual identity.  Cosmic wisdom, natural laws and the higher realms of light and love are available to those who vibrate pure intent.

FALLEN SOULS CAN GET UP

Why do we have rule and exercises given to us through master teachers?    If we daily use them, we can recover our primordial force.  Before we ever entered matter, intelligence possessed a powerful force.   It was later lost when souls descended into the weight of matter.  It only makes sense when you think about it.   If we began in the center or core of a circle and moved out to the periphery, duality is created and our energy drastically weakens.  Density is not the same as purity and light.

Souls descended, explored and as a result lost their original lightness, purity and immortality.  When we forget our true nature, we are subject to illness and death.   People often ask as to why God allows suffering.  God doesn't have anything to do with suffering.  Humans will continue to suffer as a result of memories until they reintegrate the physical, emotional and mental with the spiritual.

The further the soul slips into materiality the more difficult it is to experience light.  Light, liberty and even beauty diminishes.  True power and strength are found in the spirit, the divine principle within you.  It is your responsibility to keep the light active.  The external things cannot set you free or return you to your original self.    Suffering is separation from the true identity of the original Self.  True Strength is to be found in spirit.  The qualities of the spirit offer and support the strength you need.

To free yourself of the prison that confines, you can start with overcoming all your negative states.  This in itself is a full time job.  You cannot be free and unite love and wisdom within you if you are neglecting love and wisdom and remain focused on materiality all the time.  People have forgotten how to live. Because they have ignored their inner spirit, I will do what others have done and are doing now...create a simple science of the spirit.  The science will help assist straightening out something amiss inside of you.  The solution is not somewhere outside of yourself.

True strength comes from the center.  Everything far from the source is tainted.  Not only does the collective soul need to be purified, physical bodies and conscious thinking must be inwardly cleansed.  The goal is to actually live an authentic spiritual life. To choose this life, you must be a scientist, use analytical thinking, be responsible for your choices and give spirit full rein.  You must seek true strength within yourselves.  To enroll in this school of science and remove the negative forces, you must be vigilant, energetic, courageous and passionate.  It is time more humans get a move on and make a serious effort to purify and awaken.  Instead of ignoring your spirit and pampering the ego, find true strength in the awareness and infinite potential of your spirit.

We need to accept that we are significant; what we think and do forever echoes throughout the universe.
We need to accept that there is more to life than the daily toil of survival; the solution is to inwardly awaken.
We need to accept the truth that Divine Love and Divine Wisdom move creation in an ongoing symphony.
We need to accept there are subtle planes far reaching in thought and vibration interacting with us.
We need to accept that everything created is condensed light and connected.
We need to accept that we are dearly loved regardless of appearance or conscious awareness.
We need to accept that religions are limited glimpses of an unlimited Reality.
We need to accept that the journey does not need to be hard and long.
We need to accept that it is our sense of lesser self that is the judge.
We need to accept and achieve a strong balance between body, mind and soul.
We need to accept that the only enduring power is love and wisdom.

ABSOLUTE MIND

The One Mind is in everything and everyone.  Our intelligence has the capability to recognize and consciously live as the One Mind.  The One expresses and maximizes according to focus and awareness.

An awakened Self is the One Mind thinking and is capable of creating anything and everything.  Disbelief becomes an issue when we do not comprehend.  When we comprehend our actual identity as Mind expressing in matter, the falsity of lack, limitation, time, space and a sense of separation ceases.

In claiming the One Mind as our truth, we can be master of the lesser energies.  Consciously using the One Mind with a knowing wisdom, our Real Self expresses and maximizes control as mastery in action.

We are not becoming the One Mind; it is what we are.  When we focus on Reality, the field of vibratory Light within automatically expands.  The goal is to fix the field so it is stabilized and yet active.

A sense of division is the result of a mistaken, conditioned and habitual way of thinking.  Corrupt programming and lack of depth in understanding and a false sense of identity is the culprit.

We have the power through sound commitment to manifest a fixed and perfect matrix of clear awareness and hold what we have created as our reality.  Consistency and acceptance is our responsibility.      

We can through firsthand intuition scientifically transform and establish equanimity and perfection within and without.  Why not live as Infinite Light and Life instead of acting in a false dream filled with suffering?

SURRENDER TO YOUR OWN SELF

Have you learned to trust yourself? Are you aware that whatever happens to you, by you, through you, that you are the creator, enjoyer and destroyer of all you experience? Understand this truth and you will not be afraid. Think about it. If you are unafraid, you will not be unhappy nor will you need to seek happiness because you will finally realize that your mind is creating all the pictures.

It is the second month of a new year. Are you making and living different choices, choices that arise from an attitude of silent observation? Have you surrendered to your own eternal Self?

If you learn only one thing right now such as not judging yourself, you will begin to relax and finally accept yourself as you are. Learn to trust yourself. If you refuse to achieve this state of mind, how can you experience clarity and peace? You will wallow in a low or false sense of self esteem.

We have a high origin, a noble nature that has been mostly forgotten. I don't believe in suffering. The workshops and classes that I offer simply provide a means to end universal suffering through self-understanding which opens the door to a lasting happiness within.

Liberation is a natural process and eventually we will all have it. Every one has a turn to experience a full blooming. It is time for more souls to awaken and find out what they really are. Until then, suffering and limitation continues. Suffering occurs when you feel separated from your Source.

You are pure light. I encourage you to join us any first Sunday afternoon of the month or Friday evening. You are an infinite expanse of consciousness which cannot be described. Gratefully, it can be felt. To be genuinely liberated, understanding, alert perceptively, eager enquiry and deep investigation are required. PURE EMPOWERMENT

I have always resonated to the pure knowledge available in the teachings of Buddhism and Taoism.  Their teaching is the quintessence of what I have intuitively known in the area of an inner desire to open up the light of the higher regions of the mind, see with the clarity of the light of the inner vision and hear with understanding the light of the inner hearing.

The Taoists have as their goal the ‘Way’ to restore the original God-given spirit even though we are temporarily in a flesh body.  The Buddhists encourage us to be conscious of our original Self and be free of environmental conditioning.

Because I came naturally to the above understanding, I recently offered an amazing Sacred Breath Meditation Workshop called The Secret of the Golden Flower.   The meditation is a simple energy tool devoted to the recovery and refinement of our original spirit identity.  The goal is to free the mind from the unnecessary, the habits and conditions that bind us to suffering and consciously experience the freedom and joy of a blossoming golden flower.

To quote Thomas Cleary, PH.D, East Asian Studies, Harvard University, “The essential practice of the golden flower requires no apparatus, no philosophical or religious dogma, no special paraphernalia or ritual.  It is practiced in the course of daily life.”  The people who participated last night in the workshop found the experience remarkable for the sharpness of its focus as a very direct method for self-realization accessible to ordinary lay people.

Yes, it is a concentrated revival of an ancient teaching but considering the crises most people are experiencing today, I personally feel that the method can accelerate a much needed awareness of hidden resources in the mind and offer humans the hope and balance they are desperately seeking.

I am just as comfortable referring to the golden flower as a direct method to awaken a relationship to God, the Holy Spirit, the Buddha or Christ nature or the Real Self.  Whatever name you are comfortable with…use.  The golden flower method transcends the barriers of personal and cultural differences.

DOES THE JOURNEY HAVE TO BE HARD?

It appears that the journey is a difficult one and the ego fulfills the appearance.  What is meant by this is a forgone conclusion.  If we believe that something is a struggle, it will be.  If a spiritual teacher lays out a list of do and don't's, we assume that we must follow them otherwise we won't be able to go higher than the top of a ladder.

Using the symbolism of the perfect number seven, imagine a ladder with seven rungs.  If we succesfully master each rung, when we reach the top we go into the Beyond, the 8th sphere of consciousness.  The result is our successfully achieving mastery over matter.  There are thousands of books written on how to achieve self-mastery, enlightenment and victory as an amalgamated soul.  Why do so few souls succeed?

From careful observation, I feel that few succeed because humanity is stuck in the belief system that spiritual achievement, mastery, perfection, fulfillment or whatever adjective we wish to describe victory must be a difficult task.  That is the way it is.  People die for their beliefs, are ridiculed, crucified, separated from their true spiritual identity, loved ones and home.   We conclude that it must be difficult to reach mastery.  Wrong, wrong and wrong again.

Suffering is not required.  The typical human is so full of guilt and self-judgment that to free ones self from the shackles of the illusion become an impossibility, a mountain too steep and a dream not realized.  Rules put one condition after another on our plate that when not digested may cause additional imbalance and confusion.  As a result of mounting complexity, a seeker of enlightenment may feel the goal is impossible and the sense of anxiety, separation and loss of spiritual identity increases.

I am speaking to my self as well as you.  Could it be that we are the ones who make the journey difficult?  It does not have to be.  We could adjust our attitude.  There are no have to's....only a conflicted belief system.  If our belief system is not working, it is time to change it.  We do not have to follow the path of suffering.  We do not have to deprive ourselves of wealth on any level.  All we need to do is accept and believe that we are a projection of the Supreme One into multiple and intelligent forms.  It is up to us as individual units of Light to return to our original consciousness of clarity, beauty, purity, love and wisdom.  This will not happen if we continue to judge self harshly as we climb the rungs of the ladder.

Ask yourself what authentic means to you.  Ask yourself what is purity.  Ask yourself what is real happiness.  Ask yourself what does oneness really mean.  Ask yourself whether the Grand Designer of Life desires for Its creations to suffer.  Keep thinking, keep questioning and do everything possible to keep your mind and heart open.

You are far grander than you let on.  You are far grander than what you currently accept as your reality.  You continue to judge your self harshly and believe that the journey must be hard, must take time and that suffering is a natural part of the deal.  It is not.  Could the judgment of struggle be of our own making?  Does the climb need to feel insurmountable?  I believe we have fooled ourselves...

An Argument Against Negative Karma

It is true that transgressing certain laws will cause harmful imbalances both within and without. History has shown us this fact. We all know the 'eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth', cause and effect and action and reaction quotes. Some teachers suggest that higher invisible beings give us difficulties and ill health to force us to spiritually mature and develop a finer character. It appears as true that the majority of human beings are not spiritually enlightened. Too many lack knowledge or understanding regarding their true identity as spirit in form. If you do not understand who you really are and why you are on the planet and the purpose of the whole drama, you are bound to make endless mistakes. It is common today for a practitioner to ask a patient to immediately look for the cause of the illness, weakness of character or the vice, which provoked the disorder...disharmony. We are told to find the cause and put it right at that level. It is more than likely if we do not take the time to discover and take care of the cause, all the improvements we achieve by outer means will not be permanent. There is a great deal of truth in these conclusions. One problem can be resolved but later a new one may appear if a necessary change does not occur.

There are other practitioners and healers who follow certain rules such as asking 'Heaven' what its plans are for the one in need. The reasoning behind this rule is that the illness, lack, limitation or problem is not really a punishment but a demand that individual souls begin to do a gigantic work on themselves and others that they would probably not do if they were in perfect health. There is truth in this logic but it also smacks of judgment. Even people with fine character, selflessness and loving ways as well as great Initiates are often given serious problems to resolve. A greater attunement could be a possible reason for their suffering. Or, this view demanding that we get our act together could be looked upon as a direct insult to our consciousness and personal desire to spiritually evolve, serve and make earth a better place to live. There is a front door method we can enter without having to go through self-punishment from the past and suffer in the present. I personally feel that our soul conditioning, lack of self worth and an absence of a higher understanding and love create the imbalances and the mistakes.

There is the thinking, which I teach when appropriate, that focusing on the subconscious part of the mind and transforming its insidious power will heal. We are told that within the subconscious there is a solution for every problem and the cause for every effect. I have led past life regression sessions, emotional freedom tapping technique and many other successful tools. For many people, it is like opening a prison door of the mind and liberating the person from debilitating emotional stagnation. The subconscious is principal and works according to the law of our belief. When we feel guilty the energy stays in our inner computer and will rule experiences, events, conditions and actions. We definitely react to painful memories, fears and forgiveness issues.

Okay. You know all of this. You also know that to remove discord, confusion, lack and limitation you must remove the cause and stop punishing yourself. My suggestion is to change how you use your conscious mind and avoid future suffering. In other words, stop future negative effects because you are seriously changing the causes right now. The subconscious is very sensitive to feelings and thoughts. To say this simply, start believing in the truth of who you really are. This is the front door method. Begin practicing unconditional love on your self and allow the inner wisdom and love of your higher Self, the spirit, be in control. Start understanding and accepting your own beauty, worth, power and divinity. Feel, speak and act out of that firm belief. The more that you accept your true identity, as a child of God, the more likely the subconscious part of the mind will take orders based upon what your conscious mind is now choosing, believing and accepting as true. Souls who are healed are needed on this planet. I don't believe that suffering is a normal part of life. I also believe that we don't have to suffer in order to spiritually mature nor must we remain crippled on any level of energy. We have the power within to heal ourselves. Begin in earnest to use it!

This is my argument against ongoing negative karma, self-punishment. We can both build and destroy. We have a choice to feel with passion and desire and act with discipline, effort, belief and a love for a higher ideal. It is that special point of balance, the equipoise of mind, body and soul, where personal suffering stops. Others you love may continue to suffer but you will be able to comfort and give hope through your new understanding. Trust in the presence and the transforming power of the Creator within and allow it magical energy to live through you as you~

A Whole New Science

The new Era brings new conditions to the individual who wants to become a true and conscious being. The Aquarian man and woman is new in the sense that he and she is a being of universal love, a being who is striving to be as luminous as the sun, a being whose enthusiasm and moral values correspond closely to that which has always been taught by the great Masters of humanity. It feels like a whole new science but in truth the science is ancient. Methods and techinques are again surfacing that are necessary to face up to the upheavals which are the inevitable accompainment of the birth of a new era...

There is intense stress, loss, suffering and tragedies happening all over the world. It is becoming increasingly obvious that we live in a chaotic energy and are continually being exposed to shocks. So...it is not a question of changing the world...that would be impossible...but of transforming, enlightening and fortifying our inner being and helping others do likewise.

The spiritual path can be like shooting an arrow into the dark. You may feel that you are in constant warfare. You may encounter opposition from relatives, friends, government and medical professionals. In some cases, people may misunderstand you, misuse you, misjudge you and perhaps blame you for doing things and thinking in a manner, which they believe to be unjustified. They are afraid. Be kind to them. Think of all the Master Teachers whose thoughts were so contrary to the religious thoughts of the time. It really is not that difficult for us to pass from the thought of an ordinary person to the thought of the energy of a Christ. We can either accept that we are obliged to pass through difficult periods because this is how it is on earth or we can choose to strive toward self-mastery and attract truth, beauty, light and genuine happiness and balance. We heal and evolve by learning to place our limited human self under the protection, guidance, wisdom and love of the higher Self.

To hear the voice of Silence, the Divine, occurs naturally when we succeed in calming all our inner agitations, the rebellions, fears, and selfishness. The Voice of the higher Self is the voice of who we really are, which can only speak when all the nonsense in the emotions and conscious mind have been silenced. How do we know when we can trust the Voice and what is its source? When the answers are in harmony with the truth that the sages and saints have given us. It is then that we are on the same wavelength and are not being misled.

Develop a focus, an attitude, which is an ongoing state of mind that demands truth. Eventually, the within and the without become one. Our ultimate destiny is to remember God, Absolute, the Source of All. As we remember, our trust evolves and unbelievably rich and good things happen to us. They may be either small or larger experiences that only a genuine seeker would understand and appreciate.

The sublime is proven when the feeling of knowing and participating in the Sacred is powerful and evident in the human experience. I know as my truth that we can end negative karma by living in the knowledge and acceptance of our highest and best Self every day. Instead of being engrossed in intensity, anxiety and even greater stress, why not uncover more deeply who we really are and finish the assignment? Our job is to know that the All-Knowing Creator, creation, which includes us are one and the same. This knowledge is not only a great joy but also a tremendous responsibility that is gladly shared.

Our destiny is to uncover the divinity within. It is not far off somewhere. Get the personality, its fears and sense of separation out of the way. Soul evolution can be a great adventure! Move beyond the veil of the superficial part of the mind. Developing a love for perfection and elevating the thinking part of the mind and heart to a higher region dissolves the barrier that has been falsely created between the Divine and matter. Barriers shut out Light. Fear temporarily separates us from the Light. You are the Light and can personally experience Celestial Energy every day as protection, guidance, love, balance and wisdom when you deliberately and fully give your conscious attention to a subtle and eternal vibration that is attuned to the Sublime Limitless Energy. What we place our attention on, we become. It is then that we live as fearless and confident beings experiencing firsthand the true Authority.
