Strength is like a huge, majestic, strong tree.  In its lifetime, the tree encountered storms and high winds, floods and droughts.  However, it is strong enough to weather the storms, flexible enough to bend but not break, and resilient enough to always come back to its center and keep on growing.  Sound familiar?   After many years, the tree reaches its full height and potential, and then it bears its own fruits and seeds.  As many others have done, I like to compare the tree to one of the major systems in the physical body: our spinal cord and nerves that serve as the body's communication system.  So whatever your challenges, you can strengthen your spine and steady your nerves to reach full potential as a human being.  Our Sacred Breath Healing workshop will have its focus on your tree of life and the bringing forth of plentiful and nourishing fruits.
