This was the old wish for the aspirant on the path. It means that through constant striving toward the Light we might transmute the heavy cross of matter (earthly self and issues) into the fragrant Rose of the spiritual life. This is known by the awakened ones as the Earth initiation. The soul is ready to demonstrate more fully the Light of God in his/her actions on earth. It is one thing to intellectually understand and quite another to achieve inner realization and actually put it into action.

Wouldn't it be amazing if more of us would make a deeper commitment this Easter to live the Christ spirit? We can go direct to the heart of Christ. We have the power to do that. Every time you allow yourself to be filled with gratitude, compassion and live a higher form of love toward others, you are gaining a greater mastery over the ego and body.

Jesus came as a promise to what lies within us. Underneath the package we are wearing is the all-pervading spirit of love. Accept your daily karma. It is the bread which feeds your soul.

Jesus offered us His spirit, the essence of divine love. Drink from the cup he offered and your heart will be filled with both understanding and love. Love is the fulfilling of the law. Through love we are made whole.

ARE YOU READY?

What many are ready for is a moral and philosophical system which appeals to the masses and the intelligentsia. The man-in-the-street needs a non-aggressive antidote to the ongoing suffering of living in the sleep of ignorance. No more fear-obsession! Going ‘forward’ is a natural process.
Why fight it?
What we need is right guidance, right knowledge and right understanding.

• How many people have brought their mind to a state of one-pointedness?
• How many of us view life and objects from an unconditioned point of view?

It is time to get beyond ordinary thinking and be ordinary mortals. There are mental exercises we can daily do. We can equip and train our minds so we are possessed with an uncanny deeper insight into ourselves and events in the continuum of space and time.

• Wouldn’t’ you prefer to touch on the summits of your former achievements, be unconditioned and timeless?

Imagine your joy in relying solely on your own efforts and wisdom!
To be successful, we must accept responsibility for the conditions or situations we find ourselves in today and at any time. It is possible to attain an understanding of things as they really are and become fully awakened. To depend on oneself is positive. We were told, ‘What I have achieved, you, too, can accomplish.’ As long as we ignore this statement of truth, the longer we suffer. Self-complacency increases ignorance. Liberation, heaven on earth and being fully aware does not come into existence automatically.

WHO ARE WE?

We are both the seeker and the sought from the very beginning, though we may not know it. Isn't this sad? Every day we recognize beauty and goodness in others but, we rarely accept it in ourselves.

We all have the Christ or Buddha Nature within. It cannot be sought outside of ourselves. Why? People fail to grasp the truth of their being because they cling to deluded thoughts and attachments. Conditioning separates us from the truth of our real identity.

We live with this marvelous hidden Nature every day but do not recognize it even when it is right in front of our eyes. There are many names for the inner Nature: wakefulness, mind ground, Nirvana, unchanging, reward body, spirit, essence, enlightenment, God, radiant Light, spirit and endless other names.

We all have this Nature. The inner Nature is equal in all. The difference is in our conscious awareness of Its presence and power. A determining factor is also whether we accept and use it. Externally,on the human level, there are huge differences between the consciousness of people. In the perspective of the higher wisdom, we have eternal equality and must awaken to use it.

Understanding our true spiritual identity from the higher wisdom perspective, we are all 'heavenly beings'. There is nothing to cultivate. There is no need to seek from others. The difference between spiritual ignorance and awakened understanding though is to actually achieve awakened thought. We must understand our hidden Nature and accept and live it.

One of the greatest secrets to awakened Mind is not to be attached. Humanity is bewildered and collectively spiritually ignorant. People continue to suffer because their true Nature is obscured by delusion. All of us need to clear the dust off the mirror.

The 3rd Friday of each month, a Sacred Breath Healing Workshop is held in Downers Grove, IL at the Sohmar Massage School at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the healing workshops are to help you break through the delusion of false conditioning and consciously realize the truth of who YOU are! During our time together, you actually feel the truth of your inner Nature~

ABSOLUTE MIND

The One Mind is in everything and everyone.  Our intelligence has the capability to recognize and consciously live as the One Mind.  The One expresses and maximizes according to focus and awareness.

An awakened Self is the One Mind thinking and is capable of creating anything and everything.  Disbelief becomes an issue when we do not comprehend.  When we comprehend our actual identity as Mind expressing in matter, the falsity of lack, limitation, time, space and a sense of separation ceases.

In claiming the One Mind as our truth, we can be master of the lesser energies.  Consciously using the One Mind with a knowing wisdom, our Real Self expresses and maximizes control as mastery in action.

We are not becoming the One Mind; it is what we are.  When we focus on Reality, the field of vibratory Light within automatically expands.  The goal is to fix the field so it is stabilized and yet active.

A sense of division is the result of a mistaken, conditioned and habitual way of thinking.  Corrupt programming and lack of depth in understanding and a false sense of identity is the culprit.

We have the power through sound commitment to manifest a fixed and perfect matrix of clear awareness and hold what we have created as our reality.  Consistency and acceptance is our responsibility.      

We can through firsthand intuition scientifically transform and establish equanimity and perfection within and without.  Why not live as Infinite Light and Life instead of acting in a false dream filled with suffering?

YOU ARE A DREAMER

What we are is not what we think we are. We may intellectually know that conditioning and attachments have mesmerized us into believing that we are what we are not. We can remind ourselves by answering a simple question. What was I a hundred years ago? The classes and workshops offered are for the sole purpose in helping understand our true nature. They serve as reminders and offer much needed support along the way. I don't know about you but, I refuse to be like a fly caught in a spider's web. The ego does that...

Earlier this month in our Sacred Breath Workshop, we focused on the Medicine Buddha. Humanity has been poisoned as a result of spiritual ignorance, attachments and hatred. As you know, these poisons influence the body and mind. As we deliberately transform the poisons, we change our energy and eventually release all sense of lack and limitation.

If you are taking the time to read this, you already know that barriers whether they be physical, emotional or mental interfere with our being authentic conduits. Understand...when we heal ourselves, we are also contributing to the betterment of all.

We who seek are both the seeking and the sought. I know it is not easy to grasp this truth in its entirety. When the realization begins to penetrate, understanding mistaken identity and actualizing the Real becomes our focus. Yes, we are already what we seek.

The common energy of this world is desire. A good desire is to gain understanding, acceptance and demonstrate our true identity as spirit in form. We can do this without becoming influenced by a shadow ego. Ego causes struggle. We have the inner power to stop it.

The focus in the classes and workshops is freedom from further suffering. If you feel you could use support in removing your energy from the impenetrable, thickly woven trap of a maze of spider webs, join us the first Sunday afternoon of the month for a class and healing meditation. Sacred Breath Workshops are offered the third Friday of a month where participants definitely soar beyond positive and negative.

Where would you like to be a hundred years from now? Why not consciously return to the luminous and free state of mind called Original Mind and consciously exist as stability and awarenss?

If we understand the law of cause and condition, we can find spring in the midst of frost and winter snow. The True Self, the Living Light and Life, is non-regional. It is within all of us waiting to be acknowledged and lived. There is nowhere it is not. These words are directed to the True Self. It is always within whether we remember it or not. It is our responsibility to constantly connect with the Presence regardless of what we are thinking or doing. We are both the seeking and the sought. Wake up from the dream!

ARE YOU CAUGHT IN THE SPIDER WEB?

The average person is caught like so many flies, their energies being sucked by simply trying to survive.

The way of this world is through desire and few souls accept their true spiritual identity.  The best remedy is not to get caught in the web.  It is the ego that is causing the struggle.  We must take every action to free ourselves, but we must be careful in the process of struggling we don't get more caught up in the web and draw the attention of our ego.  In other words, we must take every action to free ourselves, but we must not become egotistical or proud  in the process.

My purpose is to get you to point your finger towards the Living Light and Life within. Everyone must develop a constant contact with the Essence to stop suffering. I am creating a series of classes and workshops that will be very effective in helping you develop profound changes in your body, mind and soul.
